L'azienda Sabbionere nasce nel 2023 con l'obbiettivo di sviluppare un'idea ambiziosa volta a riportare il territorio viticolo valperghese agli antichi splendori di un tempo trasformandola in un progetto di concreta e determinata realizzazione. Coraggio, competenza, dedizione e resilienza sono i fattori chiave sulla base dei quali si fonda il nostro progetto.
La nostra filosofia si basa sul preservare la tradizione che i nonni, con tanta passione, ci hanno saputo tramandare negli anni, unendo alla tradizione le più innovative tecniche agricole ed enologiche.
I nostri prodotti, seppur innovativi, sanno raccontare la tradizione e le radici di questa antica terra già citata negli scritti del 1750, tempo in cui il comune di Valperga vantava più di mille ettari di territorio coltivati a vigneto.
Our labels are born from a predominance of red grape varieties, cultivated in the clay soils and granitic sands typical of the Canavese region.
The winemaking process is meticulously managed: from the pressing and fermentation of whole clusters in stainless steel vats to aging in oak tonneaux for a period of 5 to 8 months. After bottling (0.75 L format), the wine rests in the cellar for 2 to 5 months, depending on the variety, to achieve perfect balance.
Our current selection features three distinct lines — Red, White, and Rosé — crafted to offer enveloping and evocative sensory experiences, both on the nose and the palate, expressing the very essence of our heroic viticulture.
